For Berlin Fashion Week SS24, The Lissome , an award-winning independent publication based in Berlin, brought to life their curated brand guide of slow makers and designers, The book of Kin, through an exhibition of brands and a panel talk titled “From Soil to Story”.
It was a great honor to be there as a representative of bunon, and to spend time together with all the beautiful brands and thoughful people there.
It was such a special gathering of the likeminded people who care about slow fashion, beautifully handcrafted with considered design, paying attention to their materials and the people behind. It was a day to think about the positive change for the gentler future, in the very special settings, but this is something we should always keep it in mind in our everyday lives.
The day started with a grey sky, but the weather got better towards afternoon, and we could have a closing chat under the blue sky. It was the end of the day, feeling like a start of the beautiful morning. We were so hungry, but feeling purely content, by sharing the thoughts and the moments of the magical day, being there together.
