kijinokanosei

“kijinokanosei” means “possibilities / potentialities of textiles” in Japanese, and this is a project of the infinite possibilities of textiles. They focus on woven techniques, and create many different expressions by the combinations of warp/weft with experienced artisans in local weaving mills.
This is a communication project through textiles between designers/weavers, architects, shop owners, artists and creators in all sorts. They have just launched their brand in fall 2022, and started showing their collections quietly. They are now working on various projects for the coming seasons which would be released during this winter, and in spring 2023.
